For placements during the Winter Session (January to April), the application deadline is November 30.
For placements during the Spring Session (May to August), the application deadline is March 30.
For placements during the Fall Session (September to December), the application deadline is July 30.
Applications may be accepted following the deadlines if there is available funding remaining for that session. Students should submit their applications for grant assistance as soon as possible because those received after the deadline will be considered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once the maximum funding for a session has been awarded, a notice will be posted on the program web site advising that applications will no longer be accepted for that session.
The program administrator will only consider applications for placements that have not yet begun. Retroactive applications are not eligible.
